Shipping Policy

We offer worlwide shipping. We ship with UPS for a flat rate of 6 - 10 EURO in Europe & 20 EURO for the rest of the world. We try to do our best to have your order shipped on the next working day. Once it is, we send you an email with your tracking number. Your order will be delivered within 2 - 5 days depending on location.

6€ : Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Spain, The Netherlands

 

10€ : Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

 

20€ : Rest of the world

Return & Exchange Policy​​

You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep our items. Ship them safely back to Warsaw, POLAND at your own cost and responsibility. Please remember to fill out our RETURN FORM added to your parcel. To exchange an item please return your order and place a new one. Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition.

Once we receive your parcel we will process your request as quick as possible. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, within 14 days from the return date.
